After 18 years as a Real Estate investor in large and small residential and commercial properties, I now bring my expertise to the home buyer and seller in the Triangle. I live in Chapel Hill with my wife Melissa and Sam (13), Luke (11), Amand (9), and Treva (6). I have a BS in Finance from the Indiana University of Pa. I coach/play soccer and enjoy spending time with my family. Whether we are at the dance school, on the basketball court or the soccer field you will see one of us around town.
I have recently received the ePro Designation by the National Association of Realtors. ePro's can deliver the new Real Esate 2.0 environment which is such a part of today's real estate market.

Experience is key: In the early 1990s Mike was part of a venture capital firm that purchased distressed commercial and residental properties fom the Resolution Trust Company. Average property was 250 unit apartment buildings and we condominimized these and sold them off to homeowners. Over the years he has raised capital and financed the purchase of 2 warehouses, over 750 apartments and vacation properties. On his own he has purchased 5 single family residences and several duplexes.
